Brent Andrewsen is a partner at Holland & Hart LLP in Salt Lake City, where he serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and organizations in all aspects of charitable planning, wealth management, and business planning.

His practice focuses on nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, assisting them with board governance, qualification and maintenance of exempt status, and legal audits. He also advises clients on sophisticated estate planning and tax-efficient strategies, and often serves in a general counsel role, counseling clients on tax planning, the integration of estate plans and charitable goals, business formation, and transactions.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Brent was a shareholder and former chairman of Kirton McConkie.
