Law & Corpus Linguistics Judicial Seminar

Learn the basics of corpus linguistics research and analysis from the comfort of your own courthouse. We’ll come to you! We work with judges and local judicial colleges to provide high quality training seminars, tailor-made to each individual jurisdiction, providing training to judges, clerks, and staff attorneys.

Most seminars last 3-4 hours and cover the theoretical foundations of law and corpus linguistics; survey the most widely-used databases and corpus tools by judges and attorneys; and provide participants with time to work through hands-on exercises to help judges gain first-hand experience using this methodology.
